Greetings! We sincerely regret that we are presently unable to receive or fulfill any SporiCLEAN orders as the US EPA has issued a Stop Sale Order to our business. We received this notice on Friday, 26 June 2009 and all orders received on that day forward will be refunded in full and formally notified via email. We are not allowed to process or fulfill any SporiCLEAN orders at this time. We have been viewed as a "non-registered" pesticide and have been shown that many areas of our literature, website and information infer that we are a pesticide under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) as amended. SporiCLEAN was specifically designed to be the most effective and efficient green cleaner in the market that would provide a hygienically clean environment to all washable surfaces. It was through the many varied uses presented to us by our wonderful and loyal customers that we became aware of the numerous versatile potentials of SporiCLEAN. As we became aware of these additional uses, we shared them with you via our website and literature, and that is where we created a violation of EPA "Non-Compliance." We are looking forward to meeting with the US EPA shortly and presenting our position and to insure that we will immediately adjust and re-design all labels, materials and presentations so we will be in full and complete "Compliance." Our intention was never to violate or mislead our regulatory agencies or the public, we simply passed along the many stories we received regarding SporiCLEAN successful uses.
